- Confirm daily Mon–Fri slot (15 min). Same agenda every day.

Diffusion Studio: browser works on Windows. Agent/dapi path is macOS-only per their FAQ. Do not send her on a Mac-agent goose chase. Codex still stays out of the edit. Focus C still records.

- Week-1 pack as a model (you were not happy with it)
- Permission to send DMs or upload YouTube
- Greg’s LinkedIn voice (that stays fa-vesey / you)
- Generated faces or a typeset logo
- Mogul/Mubbu volume claims, prices, or “45 minutes a week” as FAS policy
- Diffusion credits, Remotion, or a Mac-agent setup until you turn those on
